Spreading positive energy to overcome Covid with teachers and students of Van Lang University

(VLU, 07/8/2021) - Temporarily away from school because of social distancing, Van Lang community is still bustling with exciting movement activities. The mission of "bringing positive impacts to inspire society" is now also reflected in a series of volunteer activities, video clips to support the spirit of the community against the Covid epidemic organized by the faculties of the University.

During the stressful situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, along with the will and energy of the medical team, medical support force on the frontline, millions of Vietnamese hearts have been joining hands to build a solid rear, maintain order, safety and spread positive energy to overcome fatigue, anxiety and worry during the pandemic.

With the desire to convey a meaningful message and bring optimism to the Van Lang community during the epidemic, many faculties of Van Lang University have been launching movements to record and perform challenges to support the fight against Covid. This is a positive activity, showing the youth and dynamism of Van Lang, connecting the friendship between teachers and students in all circumstances.

There have been many versions of "Covid, please go" made during the time everyone joined hands to fight the epidemic, but the version of 27 teachers of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design of Van Lang University makes Faculty students in particular and students of the University in general could not help but be surprised and delighted by the unmistakable image investment and cuteness of Van Lang. With the message "STRONG VIETNAM - STAY HOME! 5K", the faculty of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design performed a decorative painting challenge and called the community to wear masks and implement the 5K rule to join hands with the country to overcome the pandemic. Another equally cute version of "Covid, please go" is from the Faculty of Information Technology. With sincere wishes: "Saigon be strong!", "Without nothing but health!", "See you all again after the epidemic season", etc, the video clip conveys the general message of the group. The teachers and students of the Information Technology Faculty of Van Lang University send love, spread the spirit of optimism for each other and for society in the fight against the pandemic. With the message "thousands of Van Lang students unite to overcome Covid-19", class K26 Vocal - Faculty of Applied Arts sang together the song "Will win", a composition by musician Nguyen Hai Phong as a gift to spread energy, encourage the community spirit and maintain the belief of winning the Covid-19 pandemic. The optimistic spirit to prevent the epidemic also spreads to the new generation of students preparing to enter Van Lang school! Also on the music of "Covid please go" by ICM Teams, a group of students from Course 27 of the Faculty of Applied Arts performed simple but cute hand movements and dances, rich in vitality, give strength and optimism for today's community. Challenges and activities with positive meanings of the teachers and students of Van Lang University partly encourage each other and give strength to the community, the frontline who are fighting against the epidemic, and the teachers and students who are temporarily away from school during the period of isolation.
