(Van Lang, October 4th, 2019) - On October 3rd 2019, at campus 3, Van Lang University concluded an MOU with Northern Arizona University – USA in 3 fields including Environmental Engineering, Engineering, and Tourism. Northern Arizona University is ranked 78th among public universities in the United States.
To reach conclusion of the MOU, Van Lang University and Northern Arizona University (MOU) had a meeting to exchange strengths and similarities in the training programs, and contemporaneously examine programs needing to be developed in order to build the most appropriate cooperation roadmap for the two universities.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Bruce Wang – NAU’s Director in Asia and Mr. Hien Nguyen – NAU’s representative in Vietnam, and representatives of Van Lang University including Assoc. Prof. PhD.Tran Thi My Dieu – Rector of Van Lang University, PhD. Ngo Minh Hung - Head of International Cooperation & Scientific Research Department, Assoc. Prof. PhD. Le Thi Kim Oanh - Head of Environment & Biotechnology Department, PhD. Le Hung Tien - Head of Engineering Department, PhD. Le Minh Thanh - Head of Tourism Department.

NAU is one of the three public universities in Arizona which the main campus is located in Flagstaff.
Based on the MOU signed on October 3, 2019 between the two universities, in the next time, Van Lang University, in cooperation with Northern Arizona University will implement the 2 + 2 Exchange Program, 3 + 2 Exchange Program and Short term Training Programs in 3 fields: Environmental Engineering, Engineering, and Tourism. As a result, Van Lang University expand its international cooperation map when having one prestigious partner like Northern Arizona University, contributing to the aim of Van Lang's internationalizing training programs.
