E learning khoa ngoại ngữ 4M.Sc. Nguyen Thanh Minh - the lecturer in the Faculty of Foreign Languages - introduced the concept of E-mentoring (Online Learning Advisors). In the learning process, especially for online learning, if students have questions that need immediate answers, how can be they be supported? E-mentoring gives an answer to this problem. Students can send their questions to a team of "E-mentors" and these "experts" will be in charge of students' answers according to their specialized fields.

M.Sc. Doan Thi Kieu Oanh and M.Sc. Pham Thi Song Thuyet delivered their presentations on application softwares for teaching general English. Web-based applications such as Quizzes and Readout are quite interesting in helping lecturers design lively lessons. Some mobile applications like ELSA can help students practice pronunciation according to "standard accent of English". In addition, the speakers showed the conference that the free softwares (the ones that help students learn vocabulary, grammar, or speaking) mentioned above can also be applied in the classroom.
